A Dream Come True on Main Street
As a family-owned restaurant in Mesa, we’ve found our home in the heart of downtown on Main
Street. Who would have thought our story would unfold like a song, right here on this historic
street? We’re excited to invite everyone to experience our passion for artisan pizza in this
amazing neighborhood.
Our Journey to Downtown Mesa
Our adventure began with a dream of opening a brick-and-mortar establishment where people
could savor our artisan pizzas. In 2019, we started our search for the perfect location in Mesa.
We knew Downtown Mesa was on the cusp of something great, and we wanted to be part of its
growth.
After exploring numerous properties without finding that “home” feeling, we made a pivotal
decision in late 2019 to purchase a food trailer instead of rushing into a brick-and-mortar
location. We’re so glad we did, because you know what happened in 2020…ugh.
From Food Trailer to a Downtown Mesa Restaurant
Our food trailer journey took us to amazing tap houses in the East Valley, where we shaped
amazing friendships and built strong relationships. A particular taphouse in Downtown Mesa
became our twice-weekly spot, proving to be exactly what we needed. This taphouse shared
our vision for growth and believed in our culinary passion.
Together, we began planning a cooperative venture: a local brewery combined with a new
Downtown Mesa restaurant, catering to artisan pizza lovers. This collaboration allowed us to
bring our dream to life in a way we never imagined.
Finding Our Permanent Home
We finally got settled into a permanent space right next door to one of the first locations we
considered back in 2019. We’re overjoyed to have found our home to share with the amazing
people in the heart of Downtown Mesa.

We want to thank everyone who has welcomed and supported our small, family-owned
restaurant in the Mesa AZ food scene. We hope to make you proud and give you reasons to
keep coming back for more (hint, hint, that’s why we rotate the menu every two weeks.)
